Just in case any one was planning on coming by my house for an impromptu visit, allow me to deter you.

Here are the things in my household that are slimy and/or smudgy right now:

- the computer monitor
- the computer mouse
- the computer keyboard
- both main television screens
- the glass door on the entertainment center
- the sliding glass door
- Lily's window
- any and all mirrors
- the bathmat in Lily's bathroom...
- ... and the carpet right in front of the TV downstairs, upon both of which Tessa spit up earlier.  (that was also what was the final straw to get me out of bed [much much too early] this morning-- I picked T up from where she was lying next to me, and put her on her belly on top of MY belly, and she spit up on my neck and shirt.  All of this is surely to blame on the fact that she nursed constantly from 5:30 to 7:00 this morning)
- the refrigerator door handle
- the microwave
- my bathroom sink
- my bathroom floor
- Lily's juice cup
- Lily's high chair
- several of Lily's polly pockets and their dresses
- the telephone
- the kitchen table
- the kitchen chair where L's booster seat sits
- any and all surface areas in either car

among numerous other things, I'm quite sure, that I just have yet to discover.  Ugh.

I want to go back to bed.  Unfortunately, neither of my girls feel the same way, and Jason is still in ours...

Very funny post! I hate when the house feels like that. I have been delinquent getting around so I read last few days. Remember the nice wood headboard at your UL house!! and a bedside table.... they need a new home! Is that so true about master bedrooms though, I find I will clean everywhere else and that is the room I tend to put off, no one sees it..

I am speaking, without speaking again to UL, I am sure the headboard can be given... he may have sentimental value to the side table..but if it was left that if you decide to replace it in the future ,you would check with him before getting rid of it, I think that would work, its possible Madel was going to get the table.... Perhaps email him about it all. I do know that Cerissa's parents will be staying there for a short time in the near future, but maybe after that we could get that to you.

I'm appalled. Because you know that I would never allow that kind of uncleanliness at MY house. Where are your standards?
